Higher Oil Prices Will Return

Some oil industry experts believe that we might see oil prices of $150 per barrel or more as world economies emerge from the current recession. The current low prices have resulted in slashed investments in exploration and production because at current oil prices there is no return. When demand returns the supply might not be there.
