Iraq Opens Oil and Gas Fields

Iraq opened some of its largest oil and natural gas fields to bidding from foreign companies. Included are the Majnoon, West Qurna Phase II, Halfaya, East Baghdad, Gharrafa, Qayara, Najmah, Badrah, and Siba fields.
