Video: Flooding in Cumbria England

Parts of northwest England near Cumbria received up to 12 inches of rain in 24 hours, causing flooding that was so severe that bridges and homes were swept from their foundations. Hilary Benn, the Environmental Minister called it “once-in-a-thousand-year event”.
