Supreme Court Does Not Block Intentional Levee Break

The United States Supreme Court did not block a plan to intentionally break a Mississippi River levee near Cairo, Illinois that will flood 130,000 acres of Missouri farmland instead of the town of Cairo, Illinois. Explosives are being loaded into the levee.
