AASG Statement on Hydraulic Fracturing

The Association of American State Geologists has issued a statement on the use of hydraulic fracturing. The statement “describes hydraulic fracturing in the oil and gas industry, discusses environmental concerns about the practice and associated activity, and expresses the position of the Association of American State Geologists.”
