Riyadh is located in Saudia Arabia, in the center of the Arabian Peninsula. It is the country's capital and largest city.

There are other cities and communities which are visible in this image. These include: Al Muzahimiyah, Durma, Al Hair, Sulaymaniyah, Kharj, Zahrah, Dawadmi, Al Ghadeer, Al Yasmeen, Rumah, Al Rimal, Assolay, Al Saibani, Ghat Ghat, and Qusor Moqbil.
Visible Features in the Satellite Image:
Some of the physical features visible in this satellite image include: the ad-Dahna desert, the mountainous region of Jabal Tawayq to the east of the city, and the Riyadh River In addition, there are areas of irrigation which show up as green dots, especially in the southeastern corner of the image.
